These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Midnite Fox LLC, a Texas single-member limited liability company doing business as VoxFox. By accessing or using the VoxFox website, dashboard, or AI receptionist service, you agree to these Terms.


SMS PROGRAM — CARRIER-REQUIRED DISCLOSURE


Program Description: VoxFox SMS delivers transactional text messages on behalf of contractors who use the Service. Messages include appointment booking confirmations, technician status updates, and emergency dispatch alerts.


Organization Identity: VoxFox SMS is operated by Midnite Fox LLC dba VoxFox. Contact: brett@voxfox.us.


Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Most end-customers receive one to three messages per booking event.


Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.


Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent.


Help: Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information.


Supported Carriers: VoxFox SMS is delivered via Twilio over the U.S. cellular network and supports all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Privacy: Mobile information collected by VoxFox — including your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent status — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy for details.
